At Hack The Box, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.

  Print & Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
